This Place Was Built For You

Not for the person who has it all together. Not for the client who already knows what lymphatic drainage is or why enzyme therapy works. For you — the one who has been carrying everyone else's everything and quietly putting yourself last.

That's who Kristen Kreitzinger built Embodiment Spa Fusion for.

The Story Behind The Space

Kristen grew up in a small town in Georgia, moved to Texas in 2008, and spent the next fifteen years learning everything the beauty and wellness industry had to offer — from the inside of a dialysis pharmacy, where she watched illness reshape entire lives, to the director's chair of a medical spa, where she built teams, created operations, and learned the difference between a business that looks good and one that actually does good.

She was promoted quickly. She was good at building things for other people. But the whole time, she was quietly building something else in her mind — a place that didn't exist yet. A place that felt like a high-end spa but never felt intimidating. A place where self-care wasn't positioned as an indulgence but as what it actually is — a necessity for a healthy life.

For a year she planned. She researched. She trained. She pursued her Vodder certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage — the gold standard technique trusted by oncologists, surgeons, and physical therapists worldwide. And she built a philosophy that would become the foundation of everything:

The lymphatic system is where healing begins. The skin, the muscles, the face, the hair — all of it starts there. Build every service around that truth, and you build a spa that actually changes people.

In January 2026, Embodiment Spa Fusion opened its doors at Castle Hills Village in Lewisville, Texas. And the moment clients walked in, they said the same thing — "It's so peaceful in here."

That's the best part of it all.

What We Believe

We believe self-care is not a luxury. It's how you show up for your life.

We believe real results and deep restoration are not mutually exclusive — they belong together.

We believe the moment you walk through our doors, you should feel it. That full-body exhale. The release of everything you've been carrying.

And we believe that the person touching your body should be the best at what they do — trained, certified, experienced, and genuinely invested in your results.

The Team

Embodiment was built on the strength of people who lead with excellence. Kaitlyn Taylor, Lead Esthetician and Kristen's long time trusted colleague and close friend, brings years of medical and holistic facial expertise to every skin treatment. Daniela Lostumbo Frelly, Licensed Massage Therapist, brings over 15 years of therapeutic mastery to every session. Together they share one standard — the best of the best, every time.

"I am most proud of the team that we have. We are all driven to be the best at what we do and truly want to make an impact in people's lives."
